摘要
激光刻蚀微调是表晶音叉片频率微调的一种新方法。提出了一个基于图像处理的方案对待加工的音叉片边缘进行检测并计算出相应的可用刻蚀面积。该方案可以很好地解决纠正由于音叉片排列不整齐造成刻蚀位置无法确定而带来的加工速度低下的问题,并能根据刻蚀面积进行加工预判,降低了废品率。
Laser engraving fine tuning is a new technique of frequency fine tuning for the watch crystal fork resonator. Based on image processing, a method is presented to calculate the area available for engraving by detecting the edges of the processed crystals. This method best solves the low processing speed problem due to impossible determination of engraving locations caused by irregular alignment of the crystals as well as reduces the reject rate by forecasting the processing according to the engraving area.
