摘要
从国家法规和专家的角度阐明了支撑县域特色产业发展的科技创新体系建设的基本内涵,分析了依靠科技创新发展县域特色产业的现状与问题;并提出了支撑县域特色产业发展的科技创新体系建设的战略定位和战略举措。
The basic connotation of the building measures in the innovation system of science and technology to support the country characteristics industrial development from the perspective of national legislation and expert were illustrated . The situation and problem which developed by the innovation of technology were analyzed. The strategic significance of characteristics industries of the building measures in the innovation system of science and technology to support the country characteristics industrial development were put forward.
