摘要
目的:建立炉甘石薄荷脑中苯酚含量的测定方法。方法:采用双波长法测定炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂中苯酚的含量。测定波长为269.5nm,参比波长为238.0nm,测得吸收度差值(ΔA)为定量依据。结果:平均回收率为101.84%,RSD=0.61%(n=6)。结论:双波长紫外分光光度法测定苯酚的含量,方法简单、准确。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of phenol in Calamine and Menthol Lotion. Methods: To determine the content of phenol by Double Wavelength Spectrum. The detection wavelength was at 269.5 nm and the reference wavelength was at 238.0 nm. The interference and absorbability difference value (AA) were quantitation basis. Results: The average recovery was 101.84% with a RSD of 0.61% (n=6). Conclusion: The method of double wavelength spectrum is simple and accurate and can be used in the quality control of phenol in Calamine and Menthol Lotion.
