摘要
目的调查某医院门诊抗菌药物的应用情况并对其使用合理性进行分析。方法随机抽取门诊处方5000份,并对其中使用抗菌药物的处方作统计分析。结果该医院门诊抗菌药物的平均使用率为34.5%,其中使用单一抗菌药物处方占91.5%,联合用药处方占8.5%。结论该医院门诊抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但仍有待进一步规范。
Objective To investigate the antibiotics use in the outpatients of one hospital and further analyze and discuss its application rationality.Methods The 5000 prescriptions for the outpatients in the hospital were randomly drawn and the antibiotics-- containing prescriptions were statistically analyzed. Results Average percentage of antibiotics use in the hospital was 34.5Y0,among which single antibiotic prescription percentage was 91.5%,combined antibiotics prescription was 8.5%.Conclusion The use of antibiotics in the hospital is largely rational,but some measures remains to be taken.
