摘要
本文用不同种类的偶联剂对重质碳酸钙进行了化学改性,通过测试树脂糊的粘度,确定了钛酸酯、端胺基多元醇酯、硅烷偶联剂三种偶联剂对碳酸钙的最佳改性温度和用量,钛酸酯改性的最佳温度为90℃、最佳用量为2.0%;端胺基多元醇酯改性的最佳温度为90℃、最佳用量为1.5%;硅烷偶联剂改性的最佳温度为110℃、最佳用量为2.0%。结果表明:偶联剂对碳酸钙具有较明显的改性效果。三种偶联剂相比,钛酸酯偶联剂对填料碳酸钙的改性效果最佳,其次为端胺基多元醇酯偶联剂,硅烷偶联剂的改性效果较差。
T This paper mainly introduces that calcium carbonate is chemically modified by the adding different kinds of coupling agent. By testing the viscosity of resin paste, the best temperature and dosage of medifier were determined. The best temperature of titanate treasure coupling agen is 90℃, the best dosage is 2.0% ;The best temperature of terminal amino- polyol- ester coupling agent is 90℃, the best dosage is 1.5 % ; The best temperature of silane coupling agent is 110℃, the best dosage is 2.0 % ; The result shows that the coupling agent has obviously modified effect to calcium carbonate. The titanate treasure coupling agent has the best modified effect in three kinds of coupling agents, the terminal amino - polyol - ester coupling agent is the better. The silane coupling agent is the worst in all of them.
