Design of the control system of belt conveyor driven by multi-motor

摘要 在分析多机驱动带式输送机工作原理及控制要求的基础上,设计了基于PLC的多机驱动带式输送机控制系统。阐述了该控制系统的硬件和软件设计,选择了PLC型号和各种传感器,并解决了带式输送机的功率平衡以及软启动等技术问题。实践证明,该系统为煤矿安全高效生产提供了技术保证。 On the basis of the analysis of operation principle and control requirements of the belt conveyor driven by multi-motor, the PLC based control system of the multi-motor driving conveyor is designed. The design of hardware and software of the control system is described. The types of PLC and variety of sensors are selected. And the technical matters such as the power balance and soft start of belt conveyor are solved. Practice proves that this system can provide technical assurance for the safety and high efficient production in coal mine.
