摘要
目的纯化处理处方剂量较大的芪桂消癥颗粒。方法用乙醇沉淀法和壳聚糖对芪桂消癥颗粒进行了纯化效果的比较。考察指标为总固体物、黄芪总皂苷和多糖的含量。结果两种纯化工艺效果相近,均使制剂总固体物的含量明显减少,但乙醇沉淀法使多糖含量显著降低,壳聚糖则对黄芪总皂苷和多糖的含量影响较小。结论采用壳聚糖除杂质效果较好,制剂工艺稳定。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the purification technology of Qigui Xiaozheng granule. METHODS The effects of alcohol precipitation and chitosan clarification method were studied on the contents of astragaloside IV, polysaccharide and the total weight of sediment of Qigui Xiaozheng granules. RESULTS It was shown that two techniques exhibited similar clarification and stability. Chitosan had no effects on the contents of astragaloside IV and polysaccharide, but alcohol precipitation obviously decreased the content of total solid and polysaccharide of granules. CONCLUSION Chitosan is the better purification technology.
