摘要
目的采用离子对色谱法测定硫酸特布他林注射液的含量及有关物质。方法色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%庚烷磺酸钠溶液（17：83）,检测波长277 nm。结果方法检测限为5 ng（S/N=3）,线性范围为1～20μg（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为102.2%,RSD=0.5%（n=9）。结论方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于注射液的含量测定和有关物质检查。
OBJECTIVE To determine Terbutaline Sulfate Injection and related substances. METHODS Ion - pair chromatography was adopted with a C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.1% sodium heptanesulfonate （ 17 ： 83）. The detection wavelength was set at 277 nm. RESULTS The detective limit was 5 ng（ S/N = 3 ） and the calibration curve of assay was linear in the range of 1 -20 μg（ r = 0. 9999）, and the average recovery was 102.2% ,RSD = 0.5% （n = 9）. CONCLUSION The proposed method was successfully applied to determine the content and related substances of Terbutaline Sulfate Injection.
