摘要
介绍了转基因食品的发展现状,简述了常用的转基因技术,重点罗列了食品安全控制中转基因成分的检测方法,并在此基础上对不同的检测方法进行了比较。
The present development status of transgenic food was introduced. Common transgenic technologies were briefly reviewed. The detection methods of different transgenic components in the food safety control were emphatically listed. On this basis, different detection methods were compared.
