摘要
利用事后划定目标区和对比区的非随机化分析方法,对2008年5月10~11日一次东北冷涡天气过程的人工增雨效果进行了检验。结果表明,在能合理选择出对比区的情况下,利用此方法可以评价出单次增雨作业的效果,并达到一定的显著性水平;东北冷涡具有很大的增雨潜力,把握好作业时机、作业部位、作业方式可以达到增加降水的目的。
The artificial precipitation effect in cold vortex weather process in 1 0 - 11 of May in 2008 in northeast China was tested with nonrandomized analysis method that dividing target and control area after cloud seeding. The results showed that the method could evaluate the single-artificial precipitation effect under the condition that the control area could be reasonably selected, and the evaluation result could reach the significance level in some degree. The cold vortex in northeast China had great precipitation potentiality, and the goal of increasing precipitation could be achieved if seizing the suitable operation time, operation location and operation mode.
