摘要
[目的]为解决生物质垃圾中树叶难处理的问题,探讨其转化为有用资源的方法。[方法]以生物质垃圾中树叶为对象,对该水热转化产物进行了结构分析和鉴定,研究了水热温度和催化剂用量对水热转化的影响。[结果]树叶的最佳水热转化条件为:反应温度为220~250℃,反应时间1.5~2.0 h,催化剂Na2CO3的加入量为0.1%~0.5%。生物质垃圾经水热转化生成具有芳核、羧基、羟基等多种基团的腐植酸类物质。[结论]以生物质垃圾树叶为原料,采用水热转化技术制取生态腐植酸肥料,在技术上是可行的,实现了生物质垃圾的资源化。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to solve the treatment problems and explore the method of converting to useful resources of foliage of biomass waste. [ Method] Taking the foliage of biomass waste as the study object, the characteristics of the transformed products were identified and the effects of temperature and catalyst on hydrothermal conversion were explored. [ Result] The results showed that 220 -250 ℃, 1.5 -2.0 hours, 0. 1% -0.5% Na2CO3 were the optimal hydrothermal condition. The biomass waste can generate humic acid materials including aromatic, carboxyl, hydroxyl and so on. [Conclusion] It is feasible for the foliage of the biomass waste to convert to humic acids substances by hydrothermal treatment.
