摘要
电缆支承拖链是一种特种链条,用以支承生产机械中的电缆、油、气、水等挠性管道,实现可动的导向。运动特性是设计电缆支承拖链传动的重要理论基础。本文籍机械运动简图建立运动方程,并对正确选用主要设计参数以降低传动的不均匀系数作了定量的分析研究,结果表明其效果非常显著。
Cable supporting articulated chain is a special chain. Kinematic characteristic of cable supporting articulated chain drive is an important theoretical basis for designing. The kinematic equation is developed by using the mechanismic kinetic diagram. The quantitative analysis of the best selection of the main design parameters is made for decreasing the non uniformty coefficient in chain drive. The analysis shows that the result is extremely satisfactory.
