蛇床子素粉剂对5种储粮害虫生物活性研究 被引量:14

摘要 蛇床子素粉剂对5种主要储粮害虫的生物活性研究结果表明:蛇床子素粉剂具有很好的防治效果,在最高剂量1.6mg/kg下,对这5种害虫的校正死亡率达98.00%以上,所需处理时间从2~15d不等。对玉米象、长角扁谷盗、锯谷盗成虫处理2d后,校正死亡率分别为98.89%、100.00%、98.84%,致死中量LD50分别为0.19、0.20、0.26mg/kg;对谷蠹、赤拟谷盗成虫处理15d后,校正死亡率均为100.00%,致死中量LD50分别为0.03、0.23mg/kg。蛇床子素粉剂1.6mg/kg剂量对玉米象、谷蠹、赤拟谷盗和锯谷盗成虫的防治效果好于商业防护剂谷虫净(1000mg/kg)和防虫磷(10mg/kg);对长角扁谷盗成虫的防治效果好于谷虫净,与防虫磷防治效果间没有显著差异性。 The bioactivity of osthole powder against 5 species of main stored - grain insect was studied in this work. Results : The osthole powder has significant control effect to the 5 species of main stored - grain insect, and the time of reaching a corrected mortality of 〉 98.0% for the 5 insect species were different from 2 to 15 days under the highest tested dosage 1.6 mg/kg. The corrected mortalities of adults of Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky, Cryptolestes pusillus Schonher and Oryzaephilus surinamensis Linne are 98.89% , 100.00% and 98.84% , respectively after 2 days treatment, and the LD50 are 0.19 mg/kg, 0.20 mg/kg and 0.26 mg/kg, respectively. The corrected mortality of adults of Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius and Tribolium castaneum Herbst are both 100.00% after 15 days treatment, and the LD50 are 0.03 mg/kg and 0.23 mg/kg, respectively. The control effect of osthole powder in dosage 1.6mg/kg is better than commercial Guchongjing (dosage 1000 mg/kg) and Fangchongling (dosage 10 mg/kg) for adults of S. zeamais , R. dominica , T. castaneum and O. surinamensis ; for adults of C. pusillus , the control effect of osthole powder is better than Guehongjing and similar with Fangchongling.
