一种自动切换量程和提高测量精度的新方法

A New Method for Automatically Switching Range and Improving Measurement Accuracy

摘要 在三相交流电压测量过程中,针对量程手动转换的不确定性和因放大器放大倍数固定使得高低档量程的测量精度不能同时满足要求的问题,提出了一种在量程转换过程中采用电子开关Max308和数字处理技术自适应调整放大器放大倍数的新的电路设计方法,实现了量程的自动转换,避免了在未知输入电压高低的情况下手动切换量程的盲目性,保证了大小量程都具有相同精度。仿真结果和在三相电压监测仪中的应用表明,该电路具有较强的自适应调整功能和明显的应用价值。 In the process of three-phase AC voltage measurement, there are some problems such as the uncertainty in manual range switching and the measurement accuracy in high and low range not simultaneously meeting to the requirement due to the fixed amplifying factor of the amplifier. Consequently, a new circuit design method is introduced, which adopts electronic switch Max308 in the range switching and digital processing technology to adaptively adjust amplifying factor. It realizes the automatic switching of the range, avoids the blindness of manual range switching in unknown input voltage condition, and ensures achieving the same accuracy in high and low range. Simulation results and the application in three-phase voltage monitoring device show that the circuit has strong self-adaptive adjustment function and obvious application value.
