摘要
选取食品添加剂中的一种复合产品——面包改良剂作为调查研究对象,重点关注该类产品的标签标注内容,分析一直以来存在的共性问题,并就某些问题进行探讨,从而为生产企业和使用企业提供一些有益的提醒,以更好地帮助企业和消费者理解、贯彻新标准,共同关注国家标准的健全和完善,使标准实施规范化。
Take bread improver, a complex product in food additives, as object for investigation and study, emphasis was given to the labeling contents of this kind of products, the existing common problems were analyzed and some problems were discussed, so as to point out kindly remind for the manufacturers and users, and help the enterprises and consumers to understand and carry out the new standards smoothly, to note jointly the healthiness and perfection of our national standards, to normalize the implementation of national standards.
