摘要 劳务派遣是一种新型的用工形式,在我国被派遣劳动者权益受到侵害的情况屡见不鲜,虽然在新颁布的《劳动合同法》中对劳务派遣作出了规制,但该法并不是专门针对劳务派遣而进行的立法,许多问题均未涉及,本文试图在分析其存在的不足的基础上,提出完善我国劳务派遣制度的个人见解。 dispatch services is a new form of employment, workers in our country were to send the case against the interests of frequent, although promulgated in the new "Labor Contract Law," the dispatch of labor to make the regulatory system, but the law is not specific to carried out by sending labor legislation, many issues were not involved, this article attempts to analyze their weaknesses on the basis of a complete set of China's labor system to send personal opinion.
