摘要
通过对受拉刚性法兰进行有限元仿真模拟,得到法兰板和加劲板的应力分布规律。根据有限元分析结果推导了在轴向拉力作用下刚性法兰的计算方法,计算结果表明该方法具有足够的精度,可以满足工程需求。最后总结了受拉刚性法兰计算中需要注意的问题,供工程设计参考。
The stress distribution of flange plate and stiffened plate are obtained by finite element analysis on flange subject to axial force. And the calculating method of pulled flange is also deduced. The results indicate that this method is of much practicability and high precision, and able to fulfill the engineering need. Finally, the paper sums up some issues during calculation which need attention to be paid for engineering design reference.
