摘要
选取某铝厂工人６６人，观察了血清氟、尿氟浓度，血清微量元素及ＩＬ６含量变化情况。结果显示。与对照组比较，氟接触组血清氟和尿氟浓度明显增高；血清Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ含量下降，Ｃａ、Ｍｇ含量两组间无显著差别，血清ＩＬ６含量增加，其中高工龄组又高于低工龄组，增加率分别为３６１％和２４１％。提示机体接氟后免疫功能受损。
