摘要
分析了机床夹具定位误差的主要来源和常用定位误差计算方法,以典型的心轴夹具为例,运用全微分计算方法进行定位误差计算,突出全微分计算方法是工程应用中一种快速计算方法。
This paper analyzes the main origin of machine tool fixtures positioning error and the commonly used calculation method of positioning error. A typical spindle fixture is taken as an example, to calculate positioning error by differential calculation method, which is prominent a quickly calculation method.
