摘要
根据齿轮渐开线齿廓的形成原理,论述了利用Pro/E的参数与关系功能实现齿轮三维模型的参数化设计。然后,利用Pro/E与ANSYS接口技术对直齿轮进行了模态分析。最后,提取了固有频率和振型,为相关产品的设计提供了思路和参考价值,能够避免共振带来的破坏。
According to the principles of formation of involute gear tooth profile, this paper expounded the fact of realizing gears' three-dimensional model parameterized designing which makes use of the parameter and relation function of Pro/E. Then, it can carry on modal analysis of spur gear by making use of Pro/E and ANSYS interface technology. Finally, the natural frequencies and mode shapes are extracted,which provide design method and reference for related products, to avoid the destruction under the resonance circumstance.
