摘要
介绍了一个利用CAXA制造工程师2004软件来作复杂平面图形加工的方法。首先利用CAXA线切割XP中强大的做图功能,将要加工的扫描图形进行矢量化、再做图形修整,进行图形的格式转换后,将图形导入CAXA制造工程师2004中,最后利用该软件CAM的加工功能生成加工轨迹、生成机床代码。并通过福娃贝贝的加工实例证明这是一个利用数控铣床加工复杂平面图形的很实用的方法。
This paper introduces a method of using CAXA Manufacturing Engineer 2004 software for processing complex-plane graphics. First of all, this paper uses the powerful Graphing functions of CAXA WEDM XP to vector the scanned graphics of the parts waiting to be processed, then dresses the graphics and converts the format of graphics, imports graphics to CAXA Manufacturing Engineer 2004, at last uses the processing function of CAM software to generate processing trajectory and machine code. Through processing Fuwa Beibei, it can be concluded that it is a very useful method of processing graphics plane in CNC milling machine.
