摘要
为了对繁多的气象网站和其中不计其数的天气图进行有效的筛选,以便于船舶驾驶员和航运安全管理人员快速方便地查看对于保障船舶安全有实际指导意义的天气图,对因特网上西北太平洋海域的天气网站和其中的天气图进行了跟踪和研究。在通过与众多具有丰富航海经验和较高气象知识和应用水平的远洋船长交流、讨论的基础上,指出了保障船舶安全应重点关注的气象信息。据此,重点介绍了能够有效地保障西北太平洋船舶安全运营所必需的几个气象网站及所提供的重要天气图,并对这些天气图所提供的内容进行了分析和比较,指出了其中最为重要的和最有价值的内容以及其中的不足。最后,提出了一个可供船舶驾驶员和航运安全管理人员使用网上天气图的一般操作流程,可用于提高航海人员使用天气图的水平、规范使用技术,达到更为有效地保障船舶航行安全的目的。
In order to make an effective selection from a large number of weather charts in numerous meteorological websites, the tracing and study of weather information websites of Pacific area is carried out so as to make it more convenient for ship officers and shipping security managers to look through the weather charts having practical guidance value for ship security. Based on communication and discussions with experienced captains, the main important meteorological information that should be paid attention to for guarantee ship security is given. Several meteorological websites which can effectively ensure ship security in Northwest Pacific and important weather charts provided by the websites are introduced. By comparing these charts, the most important contents and the defects among them are pointed. Also, a general flow diagram of using Internet weather charts is presented, which can be used to enhance the level of navigator using weather charts and guarantee ship navigation security more effectively.
