摘要
GoPubMed是基于本体论的生物医学文献分析工具,它可以对检索到的PubMed文献进行全方位的统计分析,Web of Knowlegde平台的Analyze Results分析功能也可对检索结果进行统计分析。对这2种文献分析工具特点进行对比分析。
GoPubMed is an ontology-based biomedical literature analysis tool, which can be used to perform all-direction statistical analysis of the literature searched from PubMed. The function of Analyze Results in Web of Knowledge platform can also carry out statistical analysis of searched literature. The characteristics of these two analysis tools were compared in this paper.
