要全面提高企业效益必须实行技术开发与现场生产管理并重。现场管理要不断向精细化管理迈进。本文通过总结多年来的选钼生产实践并结合经典的选矿理论,从现场工艺控制角度比较系统地介绍了提高选钼回收率的一些要点和方法,并给出了该厂主要工艺环节的一些适宜参数。如能严格按照这些方法进行现场优化控制,可为集团公司每年带来几千万甚至上亿的经济效益。这对于大多数选矿厂都很有借鉴意义。
