摘要
介绍西藏某氧化铜矿的矿物组成及矿石性质。针对原矿性质,进行了相应的浸出试验和浮选试验。在浮选流程中,选用高效活化剂DZ-602配合硫化钠组合使用,以增加氧化铜矿物表面的疏水性,取得了很好的选别效果。闭路试验指标为,铜精矿品位17.13%,铜精矿回收率69.21%,铜精矿含银1822g/t。
The paper describes mineral composition and nature of some oxide copper in Tibet. For the nature of ore, leaching and flotation are used in this test. In the flotation circuit, selection of high activator DZ-602 used in combination with sodium sulfide to increase the oxide copper on the surface of hydrophobic material, has obtained the very good classification effect. The indexes from closed circuit flotation pilot test are： concentrate grade of copper ore is 17.13%, concentrate recovery of copper ore 69.21%, silver content 1822g/t for concentrate of copper.
