摘要
从项目管理、知识管理及企业流程再造(BPR)的特点入手,构建了基于BPR方法的企业项目的知识管理体系,旨在通过流程再造和建立知识库的思想使知识管理成功地与企业的项目管理相结合。
Starting with the features of project management, knowledge management and business process reengineering （BPR）,this paper constructs the knowledge management system based on BPR method,aiming at the successful combination of knowledge management and enterprise project through process reengineering and knowledge base establishment.
