大四学生心理健康状况和生活事件应付方式的研究

摘要 目的:了解大四学生心理健康状况、生活事件及应付方式。方法:应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、生活事件量表(LES)、应付方式问卷(CQ),对大四学生进行调查和分析。结果:大四学生SCL-90总分、躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性因子分均高于常模组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。相关分析显示,大四学生SCL-90因子分与LES总分及因子分均呈显著正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),SCL-90因子分与CQ评分中懈决问题因子分呈明显负相关(P<0.01),与CQ其他因子分呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:大四学生心理健康状况较差,生活应激因素较多,应付方式欠妥。 Objective: To learn the psychological health state, life events and coping styles of undergraduate students. Methods: 254 undergraduate students were assessed with Symptom checklist( SCL - 90 ), Life event scale (LES) and Coping questionnaire (CQ). Results:The analysis showed undergraduate students SCL - 90, somatization, obsessive - compulsive, depression, anxiety, phobia and psychotieism factor were higher than the national norm(P 〈0. 01 ). The concemed analyses showed undergraduate students score of SCL - 90 was significantly positively related to LES score factor (P 〈 0. 01 ) ,undergraduate students score of SCL -90 was significantly negatively related to settle problem factor of CQ (P 〈 0. 01 ) , and other factors of CQ was significantly positively. Conclusion: The poor psychological health state and live emergency events of the undergraduate students should be pay more attention.
