摘要
对超声波处理固定化α-淀粉酶进行了研究,结果表明,在一定参数范围内,固定化α-淀粉酶活力升高。对超声功率、超声频率和超声时间等能够影响固定化酶活力的因素的研究和优化,得出最适当的超声参数为:超声功率为40W、超声频率为15kHz、超声时间为5min。
The effect of ultrasound on the catalytic activity of immobilized α -amylase was investigated in this study. The results indicated that the catalytic activity increased within a certain range of parameter values. The factors influencing the catalytic activity were optimized and the optimum parameters obtained were as follows: ultrasound power 40 W, frequency 15 kHz and time 5 min.
