摘要 利用博弈论的相关知识,研究两个竞争供应链的产品差异性与信息共享问题。信息共享要求销售商将所掌握的市场需求信息与生产商共享。根据是否实现供应链内部信息共享,在分析三种情况下竞争均衡问题的基础上,研究了产品差异性对信息共享效果的影响。研究结果表明:产品差异程度会影响不同信息共享模式下供应链整体利润的大小关系,从而影响信息共享的价值。随着产品差异程度的增加,信息共享所产生的效果趋于不显著。 Product differentiation and information sharing in two competing supply chains, each consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer, are studied based on game theory. Information sharing within a supply chain requires the retailer to share its market demand information with the manufacturer. The equilibrium of supply chain competition is investigated according to the status of information sharing in each supply chain in three different situations. Then, the impact of product differentiation on information sharing value is analyzed. Results show that product differentiation will influence supply chain overall profit and information sharing value. With the increase in degree of product differentiation, the value of information sharing tends to be insignificant.
