摘要
介绍膨润土的分子构造特点、我国的资源情况及在铁矿球团生产中的应用现状,球团用膨润土的水分、吸蓝量、胶质价、膨胀容等物理化学性能指标的要求,分析了膨润土作为粘结剂对铁矿物料成球性、生球成球速度、生球强度的影响,讨论了添加膨润土改善生球干燥效果、提高生球爆裂温度的原因和对焙烧球团矿产质量的影响及作用机理,以及钙基膨润土和钠基膨润土对赤铁矿或磁铁矿成球各自的使用范围和在改善成球效果过程中各自不同的作用机理和特点。
Synopsis Molecule structure of bentonite, Resource of bentonite in China and its application in iron ore oxidation pellets production was introduced. Required value of physical and chemical characters index such as moisture, blue smoke volume, glial prices, capacity expansion when it is used as iron ore pelletizing binder. Influence and mechanism of bentonite as a binder on the strength of green ball, growth velocity and balling property was analyzed. Reasons such as improving drying effectivity, increasing shock temperature and influence on quality of roasted pellets was discussed. Individual utilizing scale of calcium bentonite or sodium bentonite used in hematite pellet or magnetite pellet and mechanism used for improving balling effectivity was discussed.
