宫颈机能不全患者连续五次紧急宫颈环扎术后分娩双胎一例报告及文献复习 被引量：6

摘要 一、临床资料 患者31岁，孕4产0。因体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF—ET）术后妊娠23周^＋4，无诱因出现不规则下腹部阵发性疼痛伴少许阴道出血，2006年10月17日在外院检查发现宫颈口已开至7—8cm，羊膜囊膨出于宫颈外口，遂行紧急宫颈环扎术，术后以利托君静脉滴注抑制宫缩，于2006年10月20日转入我院进一步治疗。患者8年前行孕中期引产1次，之后2年分别在孕23周、25周自然流产各1次。近5年未采取任何避孕措施，也未妊娠。入院诊断：（1）孕4产0，孕23周^＋4；（2）双胎妊娠；（3）晚期先兆流产；（4）宫颈机能不全，宫颈环扎术后；（5）IVF—ET术后。
