摘要
运用发光细菌法对大连港大窑湾港区三期工程港池10个站位沉积物的毒性进行监测,并以毒性较为稳定的HgCl2作参比毒物,使此法所测得的毒性定量化;以发光细菌的抑光率或相当标准毒物HgCl2(mg/L)来评价大连港沉积物的总体急性毒性,同时参照沉积物的理化因子。该方法测出的沉积物毒性能够很好的反映出沉积物的污染状况,证明用发光细菌法监测近岸海洋沉积物质量是可行的。
The luminescent bacteria test was applied to detect the biological toxicity of the sediment in Dalian Bay, where is the 3rd- phase Project of Dalian Port in Dayao Bay. Comparing with HgCl2, a stable toxicity, as a reference toxicant, the evaluation of the toxicity in sediments was made. The fact that the inhibit luminosity or the toxicity equaled to HgCl2 appraises the overall acute toxicity of sediment in Dalian Port. Based on the physical and chemical factors of the sediment, the toxicity of the sediment involved in this method could prove the polluted degree in the sediment effectively and efficiently. The experiment shows that it is feasible to use the luminescent bacteria test to monitor the quality of coastal sediment.
