摘要
在某型S波段2.2~2.3GHz遥测系统发射机的设计中,针对发射功率稳定可控的设计要求,本文提出了一种高精度的宽带ALC实现方案,射频输出动态范围达35dB,最大输出功率17dBm,控制精度优于0.2dB,不仅可以应用于S波段射频发射机的驱动级,也可作为射频信号源的输出驱动级。同时,本文也阐述了各模块的设计思路和技术指标,并对实现中遇到的关键问题进行了详细说明。实测结果表明,该方案的ALC电路具有良好的输出功率控制精度和线性度,满足系统设计指标,并已在实际发射系统中应用。
This paper presents a High-precision, broadband S-band 2.2~2.3 GHz telemetry transmitter ALC system, making the transmission power constant and controllable. RF output dynamic reach 35 dB, maximum output power reach 17 dBm, control- precision is better than 0. 2 dB. It could be used in transmitter driver circuit and RF signal generator driver circuit. Design and indicator of every module are given, key problems are also demonstrated. The result shows that both output power control- precision and linearity meet the system targets, by using this design in the S-band transmit system.
