摘要
目的:确定内科患者入住、转出康复护理床位的总原则。方法:在上海市三级和二级医院中选取内科病区临床专家120人,采用Delphi法进行2轮专家咨询,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:专家积极性系数较高(100%),熟悉程度较高,咨询表Cronbach’sα系数均大于0.70,专家对研究的总体评价较好,入住、转出原则同意率较高。结论:专家对该研究持肯定态度,形成了内科患者入住、转出康复护理床位的总原则。
Objective： The study aimed to develop the principles of internal medicine patients＇ entering or exiting from the rehabilitation nursing bed. Methods： Finally 120 internal medicine clinical specialists were selected from the third-class and the second-class hospitals in Shanghai, and were interviewed by Delphi method twice. The data of the interview were analyzed by statistical methods. Results： From the statistical results, the coefficient of the specialists＇ positivity was high （100%）, as well as the familiarity of the specialists. The coefficients of the Cronbach＇s Alpha of the counseling inventory were all above 0.70. The specialists gave a favorable evaluation to the overall study and the rates of the agreement for principle of patients into or out were high. Conclusion： The responses of the specialists were positive, and the principles of internal medicine patients＇ entering or exiting from the rehabilitation nursing bed were develpoed.
