摘要
目的:为加强对从业人员健康体检监督管理工作,防止因从业人员肠道带志贺与沙门致病菌而引起食物中毒和肠道传染病的发生或流行。方法:用肛拭子法进行增菌分离培养鉴定。结果:对1523名公共场所从业人员进行健康体检中,在4位从业人员大便(肛拭)中检出2株志贺菌,2株沙门菌。结论:加强对从业人员肠道志贺菌属与沙门菌属携带情况检测,对防止食物中毒和肠道传染病的发生具有重要意义。
Objective:To strengthen supervision and management of medical health practitioners working to prevent intestinal practitioners with Shigella and Salmonella bacteria cause food poisoning and gastro - intestinal infections or pandemic occurs. Methods:By anal swab method to identify bacteria isolated and cultured. Results:To healthily examinate of the 1523 public places on practitioners, four Practitioners in the stool (rectal swab ) were detected two Shigella, and two Salmonella 2. Conclusion:The practitioners strengthen intestinal Shigella spp and Salmonella testing, It's important to prevent food poisoning and intestinal infectious diseases.
