摘要
建立了超声辅助溶剂萃取联用原子荧光法测定土壤样品中迁移毒性态汞中无机汞和有机汞的分析方法。实验优化了萃取溶剂种类,溶剂浓度,各种辅助措施和超声波振荡时间等各种萃取条件。方法的检出限为0.01μg/L,相对标准偏差(n=11)为2.1%。方法已应用于珠江三角洲4个代表性菜园土壤样品汞形态分析。
An analytical method for the determination of inorganic and organic mercury in mobile and toxic forms of vegetable farm soils was studied using ultrasonic-assisted solvent extraction coupled with atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Various extraction conditions such as solvent types and concentrations,different assisted methods,and ultrasonic radiation time were optimized.The detection limit for mercury was 0.01 μg/L,and the relative standard deviation was 2.1%(n=11).The method has been applied to mercury analysis in four kinds of vegetable farm soils collected from the Zhujiang delta-areas.
