摘要 高炉炉身、炉顶刚架传统设计方法为二维杆系分析,且必须分开分析,误差较大。采用较先进的有限元软件对炉身、炉顶刚架进行整体空间分析,并从结构形式、荷载、设计方法、构件截面选型等方面对炉身、炉顶刚架进行优化和细化,使设计精度大为提高,刚架柱的用钢量大幅下降。 The rigid frames for the shaft and top of a blast furnace were traditionally designed by 2-D member method,which had to be analyzed separately. A more advanced FE software is used to do overall spatial analysis of these rigid frames, whose optimization design is done from their structural form, load, design method and section'shape etc,thus raising the precision of the design and reducing greatly the steel used for the column of the rigid frames.
