复方三叶香茶菜片联合拉米夫定治疗e抗原阳性慢性乙型肝炎临床研究 被引量：10

摘要 目的:观察复方三叶香茶菜片联合拉米夫定对HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者的治疗效果。方法:98例HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组,拉米夫定治疗组52例,复方三叶香茶菜片联合拉米夫定治疗组46例,疗程48周,治疗结束后随访48周。观察病人肝功能、HBV DNA和HBeAg的转阴、HBV DNA反弹情况。结果:复方三叶香茶菜片联合拉米夫定组在肝功能复常、病毒学应答率与HBV DNA转阴方面明显优于拉米夫定组,病毒学突破和反弹、生化学突破发生率明显低于拉米夫定组。结论:复方三叶香茶菜片联合拉米夫定治疗能促进HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能的恢复、HBV DNA和HBeAg的转阴,并且能减少病毒学和生化学突破的发生率,预防耐药的产生。
