摘要
揉面机运动学性能对机械性能有重要影响,通过动力学仿真能找出机构的各种参数曲线来分析机械性能,对机构或机构上某点的位移、速度、加速度能形象化表达。利用UG NX5.0进行虚拟样机的动力学模型的建立与求解,并运用UG NX5.0运动分析后处理模块进行解算结果的图形显示,得出揉面机动力学仿真结果,根据仿真结果能很好发现揉面机设计中缺陷并及时改正。
