摘要
短圆柱形柔轮运用齿轮键式连接的方法,克服了杯形柔轮的缺点,使整个谐波齿轮传动结构更加紧凑,降低了加工难度,同时还提高了极限速比。在ABAQUS中建立了短圆柱形柔轮与波发生器的有限元分析模型,同时运用面面接触分析的方法来模拟椭圆形凸轮式波发生器对短圆柱形柔轮的作用力,研究其应力分布情况。研究结果表明应力沿圆周方向呈对称分布;其在长轴和短轴处较大,在两者之间较小;最大应力出现在柔轮与波发生器的接触部位。
The short cylindrical flexspline operates gear-key-tie means and overcomes the disadvantage of cup- flexspline. It makes the harmonic gear reducer even more coherent and the processing is easier, meanwhile, it improves limit velocity ratio. A finite element analysis model of the Short cylindrical flexspline and wave gen- erator were established in ABAQUS, in which we simulate the force that the oval-cam-shaped wave generator acted on flexspline by using the way of contact analysis. The study indicates that the stress distribute sym- metrically along the circumferential direction; and the stress is larger at the long axis and the short axis and is smaller between them; and the biggest stress exists in the contact position between flexspline and wave generator.
