摘要
利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对某一液缸盖和液缸头装配结构模型进行接触分析,分析结构在外载荷作用下的应力和变形状态,着重分析装配结构中危险区域的最大应力,检验螺栓连接的安全性,并对密封圈处的应力进行分析。
Based on ABAQUS software, the contact analysis of the cylinder cover and cylinder head of an assembling structural model is done, and the stress and strained condition under the applied loading of the structure are analysed. Through the emphasis of the maximal stress in the dangerous sphere of the assembling structure, to prove the safety of the connection of the bolts, and analyze the stress of the sealing packing collar.
