摘要
目的:探究五味子散、五味子散加姜枣和四神丸对脾虚泄泻作用机制的配伍组方差异性。方法:建立大黄致脾虚泄泻模型,设立空白组、模型组、参苓白术散组、五味子散组、五味子散加姜枣组、四神丸和四神汤组共7组。放免法检测大鼠十二指肠黏膜分泌型IgA(SIgA)、白介素-2(IL-2)的含量。结果:各给药组的SIgA、IL-2含量均较模型组升高。结论:五味子散组、五味子散加姜枣组、四神丸/汤组均能通过升高SIgA分泌量和IL-2含量,共同恢复细胞免疫和体液免疫功能而起作用,在升高脾虚泄泻大鼠IL-2含量方面,四神汤最优,其次为五味子散加姜枣,五味子散最差;在升高SIgA含量方面,五味子散加姜枣最优,五味子散最差。其作用效果之差异性可能与以下因素有关:(1)在升高IL-2含量方面,五味子散与二神丸配伍后体现了最佳的协同作用;五味子、吴茱萸与生姜、大枣配伍后亦体现了较好的协同作用;但单独应用五味子、吴茱萸协同作用并不显著。(2)在升高SIgA含量方面,五味子、吴茱萸与生姜、大枣具有协同作用。(3)在提高机体免疫力,调节全身免疫机能方面,生姜和大枣有重要的配伍作用。
Objective ：To explore the different functions of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis Powder （FSCP）, FSCP add ginger, jujube （FSCPAGJ） and sishen pill （SSP） in treating diarrhea. Methods ： Wistar rat was induced with rhubarb decoction. The contents of SIgA and IL - 2 were detected by radio immunorassay. Results ： Compared with those of model group, the contents of SIgA and IL -2 in Wistar rats are significantly increased. Conclusion： The effect of FSCP,FSCPAGJ and SSP on Wistar diarrhea of rats can increase the levels of SIgA and IL -2 to improve the humoral immunity and cellular immune function through which the three prescriptions could treat them, the difference of them may have to do with the fact ors as followings ： （ 1 ） FSCP and ershen pill perform an excellent coordination in increasing the contents of IL - 2 ; FSCP do not have the same effect as sishen pill does in increasing the content of IL-2. （2） FSCP and ginger,jujube also perform an coordination in increasing the contents of SIgA. （3） Ginger and jujube are the important factors in increasing the contents of SIgA and IL - 2.
