摘要
从液体破碎的基本原理出发,提出了减温水自喷嘴(喷孔)喷入蒸汽流后初始液滴的形成、二次破碎及其后的汽化物理模型。在此基础上引入适当的假设,对蒸汽与减温水的相互作用及其流动过程作了数值模拟,从而得到了汽化长度的定量描述。
Proceeding from the basic principle of liquid breakage the authors have proposed a physical model describing the formation of initial liquid drop following the spray of desuperheating water from a nozzle into a steam flow, secondary breakage and a vaporization following this. On the basis of the above a proper assumption is introduced and a numerical simulation conducted with respect to the interaction of the steam and desuperheating water as well as its flow process. As a result, a quantitative description is obtained of the vaporization length.
