摘要
本文提供了新型DSCS(双卷流燃烧系统)的结构和原理,其核心是在DS燃烧室内,燃油射流触脊、分裂并呈双卷流进行混合与燃烧。在自制的燃油喷雾模型试验装置上,采用油-油喷射技术,对燃烧室模型内的燃油射流流动过程进行高速摄影,并对多种试验方案的拍照结果进行分析。模型试验表明,DSCS中燃油射流流程可细分为4个阶段,采用了新机理、新理论进行混合与燃烧。单、多缸机试验表明DSCS节油率高,静、动载荷低,排温低,烟度低,具有较理想的放热规律,理论和应用都有良好的发展前景。
The principle and design of a new DSCS (double swirls combustion system) are provided in this paper.Its essence is that fuel jet (spray) collides with the ridge of DS combustion chamber,then splits and forms double swirls for fuel air mixing and burning.This test study for mixing mechanism of fuel air was completed in the modeling test apparatus for fuel jet,that was developed by authors.Modeling experiments indicate that the flow process of fuel jet can be divided into four phases in detail.Mixing and burning can be carried out with new principle.The tests of the single cylinder diesel engine show that DSCS have advantages of high fuel economy,lower dead and shock load,lower exhaust temperature,lower smoke,and better heat release pattern.So there is a good prospect of development in the theory and application fields of DSCS.
