基于下位机与上位机三自由度机械手控制系统的设计

摘要 由于三自由度机械手能够在三维空间中完成升降、平移、旋转等基本指令,并且PLC技术的控制能力强,能实现模拟量的控制,具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、可编程等优点,所以选用PLC作为此控制系统的下位机,用于控制比较恶劣环境下机械手的动作。同时为了适应实时性,加快工作效率,该系统还采用了单片机作为上位机与PLC进行串行通讯,用VB软件实现。 As the 3-DOF manipulator can be completed in three-dimensional space, lifting, shifting, rotating the basic instructions, and the PLC control technology has strong ability to achieve control of analog, high reliability, strong anti-jamming capability, programmable, etc., so as this selection of the next-bit machine, PLC control system,was used to control the relatively harsh environment of mechanical movement of the hands.Meanwhile, in order to adapt to real-time and improve their work efficiency, this system also uses a microcontroller as the host computer and the PLC serial communication with VB software
