摘要
探索人力资本"经营"问题,重要的是把"人力"看成是一种可以用来增值的"资本"形态,在进行人力资本投资过程中获得收益。因此,尝试从教育经济学视角构建人力资本"经营"理念,并设计出相应的人力资本经营模型和运行机制,是更好地对人力资本经营理念等进行探索的重要途径。
In exploring manpower capital "management", it is important to take " manpower" as a capital form that can be used for increment to gain benefits in the process of manpower capital investment. Therefore, trying to build up ideas for manpower capital management in the perspective of educational economics, and to design eorrespending models for manpower capital management, is an important approach to a better research of manpower capital management exploration.
