摘要
跨断层埋地管道在断层错动下的破坏机制与模型设计一直是生命线工程的前沿问题,现有的管道抗震分析具有优点亦有其不足。提出弹簧-管道-土体模型,断层每侧沿管道方向近断层土体采用实体建模,此范围内的土体与管道之间的相互作用采用接触进行模拟,远离断层的管道与土体相互作用采用等效非线性弹簧进行模拟。采用有限元分析软件对模型进行实现,有限元模型考虑了管道与土体的材料非线性、几何非线性,管道采用四节点壳单元。算例的有限元分析结果与规范结果相差较大,建议加强试验研究,得到试验证明后,完善规范。
Damage mechanism and model designing for pipe crossing fault are the hot spot in lifeline engineering all the time. Current fault resistance analysis methods for buried pipelines have their merits and at the same time they also have defects. In the spring - pipeline - soil model, the soil near the fault is modeled by solid, the interaction between the soil and the pipe is modeled by contact, and the soil far away from the fault is modeled by equivalent nonlinearity springs. In finite element analysis, material nonlinearity and geometrical nonlinearity of pipelines is considered, and for the pipelines 4 node shell element is adopted. The result of codes are more different from finite element analysis result. Advises are proposed to start experimental study and develop codes after experimental testifying.
