摘要
新世纪水土保持需要信息技术的支持。国家水土保持管理信息系统,其目标是通过多种水土流失数据的集成与快速处理,为水土保持决策与科学管理提供信息服务和决策支持,并促进水土保持信息的现代化。系统由数据管理、文档文献管理、决策支持、规划设计、动态监测信息处理、辅助决策、数据通讯等7个功能子系统组成。具有信息服务、水土保持辅助决策、水土保持规划、设计和水土保持信息公告等功能。
Soil conservation in the 21st century demands the support of information technology. China Management Information System of Soil and Water Conservation, a state practical information system, is to be built. The system will provide information service and decision making support for decision making and scientific management of soil and water conservation for the state and local governments through collecting and fast processing of various soil water loss data. The system will be composed of 7 subsystems as: data management, file management, decision making support, planning and design, dynamic monitoring and information processing, computer aided decision making and data communication. The system has the functions such as information service, computer aided decision making on soil and water conservation, planning and design of soil and water conservation, as well as information delivering.
