摘要
大批量生产的电路板,常采用测试夹具进行在线测试。测试夹具的设计和制作过程比较复杂,包括夹具设计、探针选择、钻孔、检查钻孔精度、组装、装针、绕线、调试等。本文对基于普通数控机床的电路板测试夹具的制造技术进行了探讨。
PCB in large quantities often adopt the testing fixture to carry through in-circuit test. The complicated design and manufacture process of the testing fixture include the design of the fixture, the choice of the probe, drilling, checking hole's accuracy, assembling, installing probes, wiring, debugging etc. This article discusses the PCB testing fixture manufacture technology based on numerical control machines.
