摘要
通过对兔出血症（ＲＨＤ）、魏氏梭菌病（ＣＷＤ）和巴氏杆菌病（ＰＭＤ）三联氢氧化铝甲醛灭活疫苗（兔三联苗）的研究，制备出了安全有效的兔三联苗。用２ｍＬ／只免疫实验兔，４天后对ＲＨＤ和ＣＷＤ、１４天后对ＰＭＤ均产生良好的免疫效果；２１天后测定，疫苗的平均保护率为ＲＨＤ９７％、ＣＷＤ８６．２％、ＰＭＤ６５．２％；６个月后测定，平均保护率为ＲＨＤ１００％、ＣＷＤ８０％、ＰＭＤ５８．８％。该疫苗的保存期为８～１０℃８个月。在此病流行地区使用兔三联苗免疫家兔１５００万头份，有效地控制了该三种传染病。
The three combined vaccine,Which is safe and effective,was prepared using rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus(RHDY),rabbit clostridium welchii(RCW),pasteurella multocida(RPM),aluminium hydroxide and formaldehyde.The test results showed that the rabbits appeared stronger immune response to RHD、CWD and PMD the 4th day and 14th day after vaccinating with the three combined vaccine(2ml/rabbit).The average protection rates of RHD,CWD,PMD were 97%,86.2%,65.2% by the 21th day and were 100%,80%,58.8% repectively by the 6th month after inoculationg rabbits with the three combined vaccine.In the epidemic districts,the 15 million rabbits were inoculated with the three combined vaccine and the three diseases(RHD,CWD PMD)were effectively controlled.The three combined vaccine should be stored at 8～10℃ and is Valid for 8 months without showing any reduction in immune performance.
